    Dear Property Owner,

    On 7/24/10 The BOD amended rule #32 to: Tree houses, above or in-ground pools are not permitted.

    Childrens wading pools are permitted, but may not exceed a maximum height of twenty-four (24") inches. NO pool filter system is permitted. All wading pools must be removed at the end of the summer season. (7/24/10)
