RV Committee Report

April 16, 2005

 

The April 16, 2005 RV Committee meeting took place at the Main Clubhouse from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. There were approximately 40 property owners in attendance.

 

This meeting was primarily a working meeting. The members prepared 1700 letters to property owners asking them to vote against the ATV resolution. These letters will be sent out mid-May.

 

Members volunteered to hand out flyers at “Meet your Neighbor” during Memorial Day weekend.

 

Elvin Quinones also presented a rough draft of by-laws for the Riders’ Club. Members of the Riders’ Club would assist in monitoring ATV operators in following community rules.
