MAINTENANCE  REPORT

The past couple of months we’ve been working on the new Kasper Lodge painting walls, installing cabinets and bathroom fixtures and putting up the trim. Now that the carpet is down and the furniture and games are in, it has really come together. The combination of Kasper Lodge, playground, skate park and baseball field has made it a great kids’ campus and I hope everyone enjoys and respects it.

The busy season is now coming up for Maintenance. We will be installing the Marina docks, removing the cinders from the roads, landscaping the amenity areas and spring cleaning the buildings and all outdoor areas. Once the new Fitness Center is completed, we will perform additional landscaping in the surrounding area and install block walls.

With the increase of the community’s population and subsequent new amenities, Maintenance is growing as well. We now have a new part time employee to help Fran with maintaining the buildings and landscape.

We need to keep the standards of WLE as they should be. Top rated! Maintenance is working on a few things at Beaver Pool including adding additional parking.

Just a reminder, while doing your outside clean-up, please don’t forget to clear the ditch in your yard. Good drainage prevents road and property damage.
