December 28, 2006 Dear Property Owners, Enclosed in this mailing you will find 1 copy of the RV Registration Form. If you have more than one RV to be registered, please make copies as needed. The form is available on our website, in PDF format for your convenience. To assure your registration, the W.L.E.P.O.A. requires the
following items and rule compliance: 1.
Payment
of $25 PER RV to be registered. 2. Your properly completed RV Registration Form(s) (Encl. 1); 3. A copy of your updated insurance; 4. Payment of all P.O.A. assessments to date; 5. Payment of all outstanding citations, and
penalties; 6. Registration of all RVs are to be completed
by June 1, 2007. This year we will be waiving the safety check for all previously registered RVs. However, all information and payments still must be received in the office prior to picking up your flag and sticker at the POA office. If your information is not on record, you will not be permitted to pick up your flag and sticker. Please be sure you have filled out the insurance information. Any incomplete forms that are returned to us will not be accepted and consequently, you will not be permitted to register your RV. We recommend that you send your paperwork in by the end of February. Sending in your paperwork and coming to the office in March or April, will most likely result in less wait time. By June 1, everyone will be required to have the 2007 flags and stickers in order to be permitted to operate an RV. Golf Cart Standards Adults only- 18 & up 1. Engine- Original factory 2.
